To fully understand positive, negative and misperceptions about this Canadian producer of premium metal cast parts, we recently conducted a candid client survey on their behalf.
Key findings have not only helped to shape messaging, the intel is influencing business decisions, objectives – and the communication flowing back and forth between DP Cast, and its B2B and direct customer base.
The Result: The audit is the foundation of a strategic plan we’ve helped to create in order to build a successful brand.

When is losing a client a good thing? When you help make it happen.
Our relationship with Canadian Hotel Income Properties (CHIP) REIT began at the IPO and culminated with a lucrative privatization for its investors.
We created all investor communication from the ground up. We were hands-on through leadership changes. And a thwarted hostile takeover attempt. We were instrumental in helping them overcome misperceptions about the quality of their properties and their potential for accretive growth.
The Result: They were acquired and taken private at a significant premium.
